The Paris Chapter invites you to visit the Le Dernier Sacre exhibition with it’s head curator Hélène Cavalié, Deputy Director of the Mobilier National collections.

Directed by Directed by Stéphane Bern and staged by Jacques Garcia, the exhibition provides a behind-the-scenes look at the coronation of Charles X- the last coronation of a French monarch- two centuries after it took place. Immerse yourself, at the Galerie des Gobelins, in the lavish coronation ceremony of Charles X, held on May 29, 1825, in Reims. Through the sumptuous period costumes, the preparations, the official commissions, diplomatic gifts and much more.
