Cultural Grant for a Book on the Seine River

The Seine River is explored in a new book through its rich history and lively characters from a barge woman to a riverbank bookseller and a houseboat dweller. The celebrated river snakes through Paris, where it determined the city’s destiny and plays a key role all aspects of daily life. The Seine in explored through art, literature, music, and movies.

This Cultural  project is to aid in purchasing photo rights for a book in progress by a noted author on the Seine River.
