FHS Chicago-Midwest Chapter invites you to the final event of our 2026 After-Work Salon Series. Please join us curated tasting of Normandy’s finest ciders and brandies featuring modern inspired cocktails and complimentary bites.
Conditions are ripe to glory in the fruits of Autumn and join FHS and Heavenly Spirits founder, Christine Cooney, for a tasty and informative talk about their portfolio of Cidre pomme, Cidre poire, Calvados, Pommeau and Poiré. Hear how tradition is being preserved by artisanal producers in Normandy, France and get inspired to turn playful by adding these timeless elixirs to your bartending repertoire of creative cocktails. Doors open at 5:30 pm with a welcome drink, and the presentation will start promptly at 6 pm. There will be time for Q & A, mingling and more gustatory delights!
