FHS Chicago-Midwest Chapter invites you to take a petit pause with your family to learn about and sample “Les 13 desserts,” a delicious Provençal Christmas tradition. Enjoy a curated tasting of desserts and warm beverages with the possibility of doing some holiday shopping. Dress appropriately to enjoy a brisk docent-led tour of Elawa Farm’s historic grounds and visit the farm animals, see the flower and vegetable gardens in their early-winter state and learn about how both FHS and Elawa Farm are working in the field of preservation to protect, celebrate and transmit French and Midwest heritage for generations to come.
