FHS at Home -Chicago: Highlighting French & Indigenous Interaction in the Midwest

Chicago Chapter

Wednesday, June 16, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Event Navigation

Kick off summer with an evening of culinary and historical exploration.  Savor cheeses and charcuterie from award-winning Midwestern artisans as you learn about the rich, often little-known history of this region. An exciting research project sponsored by the FHS Chicago Chapter incorporates findings from documents recently donated from a private collection. This unique evening will bring to life the history of the Midwest like never before. Our speakers will guide us through fascinating channels of thought.

If you are busy that night, don’t let that stop you! Forge ahead like the fearless voyageurs. Your provisions will store for a couple of days, and you can enjoy them when you watch the recorded version.
